Once you are pregnant, the fact that you kept a close schedule of these cycles will allow you to locate the date you would have conceived with near-pinpoint accuracy.

Hire a Doula

Look into hiring a doula, who can help with delivering your baby. A doula specializes in providing support to a pregnant woman such as helping you on how to prepare for giving birth and provide you with all the support you need in order to make pregnancy as easy and as comfortable to you.

Keep a Journal

Keep a journal during your pregnancy. Many years down the road, a child will be delighted to read the pages of a pregnancy journal. Record your thoughts about your pregnancy, and your wishes for your unborn child. As your child ages he will appreciate this special gift that describes all of your hopes for him while you were pregnant.

Avoid Alchohol at Social Events

Stay off Caffeine

Don't go overboard with the caffeine. Caffeine may cause problems for your developing baby. This is the reason it is very important to stay away from caffeine when you are pregnant.

Exercise

When you are pregnant, exercise is still important as it keeps your body fit, making it easier for you to give birth.  around the body. However, you should only do slight exercises and those that are only intended for pregnant women to avoid exhaustion or damage to the baby. A woman that has a healthy body has a higher chance of getting pregnant and recovers from postpartum effects easily. It will also reduce the risk of premature birth and miscarriage.
